This is one for all you cocktail lovers! I am a major cocktail fan, so when Corkys challenged me to invent my own cocktail using their Raspberry Glitter Schnapps I had to give it a go!

So basically, I've tried to make myself in cocktail form haha, which means a lot of pink, glitter and sherbet so it's a super girly drink. I started by adding sherbet to the rim of the glass so you get a bit of a fizz from the first sip! I then crushed a load of ice in the blender and added it to the glass. I mixed the Glitter Schnapps with some Limoncello and lemonade, then poured it over the top of the ice. I finished it off by adding sherbet to the top, a swizzle stick and some pink flamingos! I must admit, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out and it tasted so good as well! Using Corkys as cocktail mix is such a good idea, and the glitter ones are perfect for Christmas!
